Head of PM

We are looking for a Head of Project Management to lead and develop our PM area, defining structured processes and making the team grow with vision, method and leadership.

In the capacity of Head of Project Management, you will be responsible for the direction and supervision of all the group's projects and Project Managers. Your goal will be to ensure operational excellence and strategic consistency.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Structure and optimize Project Management processes at the company level.
• Coordinate, train and support Project Managers in achieving their objectives.
• Monitor the progress of all active projects, ensuring compliance with time, budget and quality standards.
• Manage relationships with strategic customers and contacts of the various business units.
• Ensure constant alignment between creative teams, marketing, operations and management.
• It introduces and monitors performance metrics, documentation standards, and shared operating flows.
• Directly manage key or particularly complex projects, acting as an escalation point for the team.
• Work closely with management to plan global workloads, resources, and priorities.

A leadership figure able to combine strategic vision and deep operational expertise, with a strong focus on results and team growth.

• Over 5 years of experience in Project Management, including at least 2 in coordination or leadership roles.
• Solid knowledge of agency processes, digital marketing and customer management.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent knowledge of the English language.
• Experience using digital management tools (ideally ClickUp, alternatives such as Asana, Notion, etc. are accepted).

• Background in communication, marketing, tech or digital operations.
• Experience in startups or rapidly evolving business environments.
• Certifications in Project Management (CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, etc.).
